Pace run today. Tried to eat some carbs last night, not sure it really helped. Had 2 Gu's on the run, not sure it really helped :(

4-8:55 - 2nd Gu, started to fall apart.
5-9:08 - Had a few seconds of walking
6-9:20 - Really crashed
7-9:15 - Just trying to do what I could
8-9:47 - Gave up for the first part of this mile and walked :( finished it within my pace.
