Notes
The run started out extremely difficult. It felt like I had lead in my legs and absolutely no energy. Once I got warmed up things started to feel a lot better and the last 1 1/2 felt pretty good. My left foot, in the ball hurts. I think I need new shoes really soon. This is my second day of low carb after cheating for a few weeks. I hope I can stick to this because once my body gets adjusted I feel so much better.
