- 60 Second Deadhang
- Run 1/2 Mile
- 10 Pull-Ups
- 10 Hanging Leg Raises
- 10 Push-Ups
- 10 Aqua Bag Front Squats
- Run 1/2 Mile
- 60 Second Walking Plank
- 60 Second Leg Tosses
- 60 Second Flutter Kicks
- 60 Second Burpees
- Run 3/4 Mile
- 10 Chin-Ups
- 10 Hanging Knee Raises
