Chi Town Half Marathon
Another Half Marathon in the books. With this one I qualify for the Half Fanatics. I had a really good time out there. Beautiful weather and course. I had a great race. I was slower today than I was last week but I felt much better and I still had energy left at the end. I’m really happy with my kick in the final mile. I love finishing strong at the end of races. It’s so easy to feed off the crowd support. A special thanks to my cousin Shannon for transferring her registration to me so I can run this. Time to rest up and get ready for tomorrow’s race.
