Had to take Cinnamon to the Vet. Buried her out back by the flower garden. She got to watch me work for about 4 hours. She will always be in out hearts. Later I felt the pain and needed to get in a run. Up Beecher road and right on Lee a bit. Leg felt good today. Haven't run much lately because of the the calve.
