Ran with Cheryl to Rt 22 and back. Had Matt and Amy's wedding last night in Shaftbury, VT. Has it been that long since my last run. My first run since calf injury during Shire of Vermont marathon. Going to take this recovery very easy so as not to rush it. Want to heal.
