Sunday Afternoon Gym-date. Only got half of my scheduled long run in today, for a number of reasons, but I don't think it will be a set-back on race day 4 weeks from now. The plan was to "set it and forget it" at race pace and roll until our "we gotta leave in 15, so cool is NOW" alarm went off ... unfortunately, I wasted some time finding a TM which wasn't BROKEN [the first was too noisy, the second had a broken incline, the third had a fucked up dashboard]
