Run #28 of Slowtwitch 100 Runs / 100 Days Challenge. I could have run outside, since the streets were pretty clear & dry, and it wasn't that cold, but I wanted to see what the late afternoon snow-day crowd looked like. Not too hard to find a parking space, but all the TMs in the Crow's Nest were taken, so I was resigned to Cardio Row
