sneaky tough workout. looked a lot easier on paper. not much rest between reps, but needed lot of rest between sets.
Training Plan Entry
Track
20 minutes easy
4 x 7 laps as follows
2 laps ( 400 ) @ 90 sec
.5 laps ( 100 meter ) walk/jog in 30 sec
2 laps @ 85 sec
.5 lap ( 100 meters ) in 30 sec
2 laps @ 80 sec with 2:30 min rest ( start new set )
Cool down 2 miles
