10 miles in total to salvage my running week and get back to some running after dealing with stomach issues all week. Plan was for 6M@HMP, but legs felt rusty today and just were not there. Settled for 3m@HMP with splits of 7:28, 7:24, and 7:29 and 2M@MP with splits of 8:25 & 8:16. 3 easy miles to finish off the run. Just glad to get out there again after week I've had.
