Tights/coldgear/quarterzip/hat/gloves. Good for temperature. Really worked hard. My legs were dead and I was tired. I only did 2 miles at HM pace. Even the last mile felt tough. I must have tweaked my left ankle, because it is sore. RICE. R heel was sore when I started, but settled in nicely within the first 2 miles.
