Spring Brook

Notes

I did stretching protocol given to me at phyiscal therapy. My legs felt great for the first time in months. Also, I only had a little tightness in my calf in the beginning of the run and my foot/heal felt great the entire run. The ball of my foot hurt towards the end of the run but proably because my pace was a little too hard and the downhill part of Spring Brook.
