5 min warm up on the treadmill, 3 circuits of chest press, lat pull down db front raises, db lateral raises, press downs, straight arm pull downs, shoulder press, jumping chins, crunches, upto 30 reps per exercise, no rest between exercises and 5 mins spinning on a bike between circuits
