Ran/hiked with Jay. Was overcast and rained lightly a few times plus fog. Trails at Table Rock have some major vert! We got in over 5000ft. Felt really good. Surprised how well body held up. Used pole which greatful I did to protect my calf. We stayed out longer and only brought 2 waters instead of 3 so last 2 hours ran out of water and was pretty gased by the time we got back to the parking lot.
