Notes
It was hot and I was tired from yesterday's run so I did not go as fast. I had to really dig deep to keep going for the final 2km.
The industry up until Cornwall Rd was quite nice, but after then it was less-nice. The courthouse next to the prison is very picturesque. Soho Foundry (on Foundry Lane) is also very nice and apparently used to manufacture steam engines but now they make weighing systems.
