Notes

C25K Week 4 Run 3. I am clearly insane scheduling a 60 minute step aerobics class with Laura on a running day. My pace definitely suffered, but I still managed to do all the running. WHEW!

Update day after... I AM STUPID. Never never do what I did. My calves are revolting.
