Notes
Started out in about 10th at mile 1. Moved up to 6 by mile 4. Then there was a pretty big gap to the 5th place guy and uphill last mile so I slowed a lot apparently.
Unfortunate I didn't focus better by myself the last mile but overall happy with the PR and I know my legs have more.
