Want to know how far back I can turn the aging clock and find out just how much untapped potential is in me. |
Why I started running:
At 31 years of age, I was in need of a fitness challenge in 2006. Decided to try a 1/2 Marathon and race a few family members with a couple 1/2 M's under their belts. Dove into a 18 week training program and never stopped. |
