About me:
I'm a former smoker of 23 years. I ran in high school mostly on my own, but also with my Dad and sister. I love the outdoors and camp, fish, etc. whenever I can. I'm married with 2 teenage sons who are sports nuts. They really encourage me and cheer me on. |
Why do I run:
Because I want to be healthy, meet a challenge and develop mental toughness and self-pride. |
Why I started running:
Because I want to be healthy and make an investment in myself that does not work with smoking. I want to get my lungs in shape and use them for something good. =-) |
