Why do I run: I love to run. Period. I love to feel the wind on my face, I love to be outside, I love to run streets, sidewalks, and trails. |
Why I started running: I started running because I wanted something to do after I had to quit lifting weights due to injuries. More to control my weight than anything at first, then I really started to enjoy it and running races. I like to challenge myself and compete against my personal bests. |
