From the Y during lunch. Thought I would get on the track and do 3x400m to get the legs moving. Went 77, 66, 69 with a couple minutes standing rest. When I started back to the Y, my hip became really aggravated. This was probably the worst it has ever felt. Need to get on top of the stretching, icing and massaging. I will probably have to stick with hills for speed development because this is the same type of workout that did me in in the fall.
