Notes

Ran down to the track, did some drills then started the tempo on the track. Miles in 6:14, 6:09, 5:59, 5:46. Had to keep slowing myself down with a lap to go each mile which is a good sign I guess. Very warm and windy out today, but glad I did the workout in the tough conditions.
