9 miles w/ 4 miles @ HM pace
Had a cramp in the muscle along the outer edge of my left leg for the first 4 miles. Started out at 6.3 mph and 1% incline. Decreased to 6.2 mph and removed incline to help - it did not. The cramp went away once I hit the HM speed portion of the run.
