Notes

This felt good. I spent maybe 80% of the time on exercises for the core and legs. Skipped the bench press and the pectoral fly altogether. Two sets on the hip machines. Calf machine. Leg press: 230, 250. 110, 130, 130 on the ham and quad machines. Moved quickly enough to work up some sweat.
