18 exercises with 30secs on 30secs off, if I can recall it went something like medball twists, skipping, shoulder dumbells, burpees, double plank, back plank, press-up, step-up, lunges, step-up, back plank, burpees, tuck jump, burpees, tuck jump, press-up & back plank.. We got 5mins rest and then did a half circuit where we had medball twists, skipping, shoulder dumbells, burpees, blank, back plank, press-ups, tuck jump, plank & lunges.. Good workout and I am feeling stronger already, in the 3 x 30sec pressups I did over 100 which I think is decent!
