About me: I have run on and off for a few years, nothing serious just a couple of 5K's thrown in for luck but now I am serious and I am training to run bigger distances and maybe eventually run a Marathon. I am doing other races inbetween to keep me motivated and I have my first 10k coming up. I am seriously a newbie and am still improving my fitness. |
Why do I run: I run because (I never thought I would say this)I love to run. I love to get out there and enjoy the countryside and pounding the pavement is such a great de-stresser! I also love the rush and hey my butt is shrinking too! |
