A bit of a progression longer run, but had to be cut short after a nasty blister on the side of my foot made itself known. Hopefully I will be able to put some wider shoes on tonight for a few extra miles. Planned on doing 18-20, but would have been a bad idea to keep pressing. Eitherway, got some good quality in. Hovered around 6:30 pace for a bit, then did 6 miles from 5:50 down to 5:15. Felt solid the whole way through. The original plan was to have a 3-4 mile break, then do another 5-6 mile progression.
