Notes

Broke this into two runs. Met up with Haley at her sisters after work to drive to Macalaster for a track workout. Had about 90 min between. Paced Haley through her 400 repeats. Nothing quick but the workout was 12x4s with 4 recovery, so got some miles in by the end of the day.
