Pseudo long run/down tempo due to the race on Sunday. Three mile warm up, then 5-6 miles between 5:55-6:00 pace. No knee pain this morning so that is good. Looked over the team results from the 8k. RNF at 27 and TCTC at 35. Since place doesn't matter and its cumulative time that counts, they still beat us by 30 seconds. Hopefully the margin becomes smaller (or flipped) the next few races.
