AM long run. Planned on meeting up with Jon for the last half hour but turned to be a no show. Oh well, circled back around lake harriet one more time. Did some hill sprints and headed home. Legs felt smooth after about 3. Had my HR slip down around my belly again today. Seems my max HR is around 234, which after I adjusted the strap it seemed to be spot on.
