Progression to tempo effort. Snowed last night and this morning so retreated to the treadmill again, hopefully the last time this year. Since it was on a treadmill, I put it at 1% incline to get closer to actual pace effort. Goal was 5 miles starting first two at 6, next two at 5:45, then one at 5:30, if I was still feeling good, then another at 5:30. After 5 I just wasn't feeling loose enough to tack on an extra mile.
