Fartlek today. Wanted to do Ks but all the tracks had some youth sport going on and I didn't want to be that guy. Went to a loop thats just short of a mile. Goal 5min at Tempo effort, 2x2:30 at 5k/10k effort, 3x1min 5k/3k effort, 4x30 at mile effort. Felt really smooth, but nothing too exciting.
