Goal was 5 by 1k. As I was warming up I pulled something in my butt/hip. Not sure if its something about getting old, or if I just landed on if funny. Felt a tendon or ligament slip over my hip joint (maybe IT) then it just hurt to get full extension during my strides, or anything faster than 6min pace. Kinda freaked me out so I decided I'll just forgo the workout today and see how just a few days of miles feels. If its still bad by Tuesday I'll see the doc at the store. Thank God for that service since it would cost me an ass load to do that on my own.
