Treadmill. Hoping to get another in tonight. Had a great valentines day watching a track meet. Good to see some familiar faces again and young guys racing hard. Made me wish I would have done the 5k. I'll most likely wait till that st Patrick's day 8k (if I haven't said that already) to make my 2014 opener. Leg always seems to be fine on the treadmill, and always after a day or two of outside running, seems to get achy. Keep doing the strength stuff, a bit of cross training and should be good.
