Probably the longest run I've done in 3 months. Slowly getting back in there. I'm trying to make an effort to log more consistently now. Did a lap around Calhoun, picked up my gym stuff, ran to the gym, lifted, then ran home. Successful day given the run, lift, heel rehab, and all pain free. Last night was the first night I've been able to sleep with that stupid foot brace on, and not wake up to throbbing heel spasms from keeping the foot flexed. As a way to keep the reins in on myself, I won't bank on racing anything til June? Per usually, that can be played by ear. On a side note, with limited running, I've been doing more lifting over the last 10 weeks. Hadn't stepped on a scale in a while, but I was curious. While I ran Grandmas last spring, I was about 145. Today I am 155. Does that qualify as "Ritzing" it?
