so far cedar creek is an excellent place to run, but boring as fuck. regardless, i have lots of time to think while i'm out running and what i want to do this year. this shit hole of a run today tested me and i'm sure there'll be more in the next couple of weeks. but when i start thinking about my goals and where uwec should be this season it gets my head back on strait. a summer dedicated to nationals is where my head is at right now and will be 'till we rape the fuck out of teams that expect to beat us.
on a less serious note, i saw a huge mother effing snake yesterday. probably about 4 feet long. however, i could have easily confused that with wes's penis.
