Hopped in Jacks wave tempo this morning. Goal was 5:50-40 pace, then 5:10-20 pace every other mile. Was only planning on doing the first four miles but was feeling alright so stuck around for a solid 5 total miles. Pretty windy out this morning which made the east half of the lake really tough. Good confidence booster today, I've never really tried anything like a wave tempo before but I really like it. I may have to incorporate a few into my schedule.
