Long run with Kieser. Boy did it feel good to get off the Lakes or the Parkway. Did the South West Metro loop I guess. From Minneapolis to Richfield, to Bloomington, to Edina, and back into Minneapolis. Got some decent topography changes. Told Kieser he should buy a house in Edina, and three new cars, of course one had to be a Range Rover. He said he would oblige. Legs felt solid all the way through, though the few steeper hills near the end were rather draining on the energy stores. The route, we both agreed, especially at the end, was very reminiscent of Princeton Valley back at EC.
