Decided to get moving a bit today. Legs are there, but the breathing is still way off. Planned on 10X1min pickups with 1min easy between, followed by 2xhalf mile at marathon effort. The pickups felt alright, not spectacular, but the 800's were a little tough. Originally, I wanted to do a full mile after, but swapped that for 2x half. Moving at 5:30 pace never felt so hard. I should probably take a step back and let my body catch up.
