Ended up as a long progression run. Mile warm up, 3 around 6:30, 4 around 6:15, 3 around 6:00, then one faster but under control. Over all, the system felt fine, but I was getting (hopefully) phantom pains in the hip. Nothing hurt, but I noticed it. Real solid stretch and roll after.
