First spin out in the Ghost 7s. Feel just like the last one, which is good. Ran over to SLP LA to get a scan, then over to Kenwood park for track practice. Although we have a small team, I never thought I would have trouble keeping 7 9-14 year olds on task, but it is basically the end of the school year. Then ran back home around the lakes. Felt good and high energy the whole way.
