Just a regular long run. Haley again biked with me. Did a bit of a different route than the last two weeks of heading to the UMN campus, then back on the CLT. Did a loop out to Hopkins, back on CLT then loop through Theodore Wirth Park and back home. Getting excited and nervous for the 10 mile. I really have no idea what to expect. A lot of the running post grandmas has been all over the place, some weeks very consistent, others not so much. I think a 52 mid is reasonable, but deep down inside I want to crack that 52 barrier.
