Long run with Easker in town. Met up with Reneau and Erik and headed down the parkway to Nakomis. Great weather, low fifties to start. Took a mile or two to wake up, but once we hit the parkway, we got rolling. Having less foot traffic on the parkway always helps. Flipped at Nakomis and headed back to Harriet. I forget how hilly the parkway is compared to Harriet, especially the first mile or two out. Dropped off Reneau and Erik then up through the bird sanctuary, around the backside of Harriet, and wound our way to the apartment. Hammy started to get a little tight the last 5 miles or so. Stretch and roll after.
