For anyone who has been wondering what i've been doing lately (past 4 weeks or so) I will try sum everything up since i have not been consistantly logging anything.

I do not have a stress fracture but some sort of hot spot on my shin.

I will be redshirting this season but will be running track. However, I will not be running time trials, unfortunatly. As for my training, I've been puting anywhere from 10-14 hours of cross training a week so my volume is still high. After running today i can tell i need to get my old legs back under me. When i did my strides i could tell i was not recovering as quick as when i was training. hopefully that doesnt take long to get back. Most of my cross training has been about 50/50 bike and pool. the pool has been 75/25 aquajog and swim. now that i am running again, i will be coming back slow (as in minutes of running) but will eventually be running with everyone, every day of the week, by finals week.
