Tubed after Kyle came back from work all pissed off and shit. Then went running after the clouds began to block the sun. Kept it nice and cool for the run which was great since it was hot and muggy all day. Laughed a lot on this run. Probably no need to do abs tonight. Lots of free style courtesy of Ring.
