You know its shitty outside when people don't even roll down their window to yell at you. 30 degrees and rain/sleet in the wind. Ran with the Greys the first 7 or so miles. That was nice. Legs were moving and feeling really smooth. A bit faster than I should have but I just wanted to get the run over with. Finished up at the store and could barely use my hands to turn the key. Eventually after a bit of fumbling, I made it back in the store, showered up, stretched and went home. On the other hand, peeked at some of the results from last weekend. Damn!
