Notes

Today ended up as a pure form day. Footing much better after most of the melt off, and puddles have seem to disappeared. Stuck to low traffic hill on Washburn and 47th. Did 5x~200 with 5 min easy, then 5x~300. The first set was to just think about keeping an even paced drive up the hill. Nothing too insane time wise or effort wise. Coming back for the 300s, the idea was just about the same, but the last 100m or so was flat, so there it was ramping up the turnover and keeping solid form, fulling extending the hips, and driving the knees. Didn't look at any splits or paces, just went entirely by feel for this one. After about 15min or so of easy running post hill circuit, I hit up the SW track. Apparently they plow or shovel it in winter. Wish I would have known that earlier. Did some hard/easy 200s around 33/43 to round off the morning.
