Water street mile. Pork and Beans victory.
Started and the first quarter sucked. Forgot how running that fast felt. Got to the half in 2:14 (I'm not sure how accurate that is) and got into a groove. Packed in with Tom, Kev, and Easker at that time. Tom started to put some ground on in the third quarter and I couldn't answer. I saw him catch up to kann at that point. With a quarter left I was starting to feel the mile pain, but was surprisingly springy yet. Tried to surge around the curve into the finish, kieser came up and stayed in front of me the last 100m. Did what I could to get back around him but didn't have it at the finish.
Ended up at 4:22. Mile PR.
