Notes
Tried for a tempo today, but could only do it when it was the hottest part of the day. Heat index over 95. Made it 2 miles and felt tanked and dizzy, so thought of breaking into cruise intervals. Ended up taking four times longer to recover then try for it again. Made it a quarter mile before another break. Don't know why I tried for a third, but the same thing, just a quarter mile, then I knew I was done. Thursday looks good though. I give it another go then.
