1mile around 5:57ish. felt good but could still tell I was warming up to pace. Took about another half mile to start feeling comfortable.

then whatever to finish off the 30 min assignment
cooled down the rest of the way back on the trail and went up to reverse burger with sanders and corey.
The last 20 min of the workout was super relaxed. Felt really under control.
